Delivery Recorder is a mobile application designed to help delivery drivers record video evidence of their deliveries. The App provides:
- Video recording functionality with floating controls
- Local storage of recorded videos on your device
- Video management features including deletion of old recordings
3. Subscription and Payment
The App requires a paid subscription to access its features:
- Subscription fee: $7.50 USD per month
- Payment is processed through Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through Google Play Store
- No refunds for partial months
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding recording and privacy in your jurisdiction
- Obtain necessary consent before recording individuals where required by law
- Not use the App to harass, stalk, or violate others' privacy
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

- The App will meet your specific requirements

- Recordings will be admissible as evidence in any legal proceeding
- The App will prevent disputes or protect against false claims
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
